Are fans and heaters necessary in an office?
If the energy management in the office is poor, some staff may not feel comfortable and seek to remedy the situation by bringing in their own heaters or fans. These can add considerably to costs, especially as most personal fans and heaters have no control and are left to run continuously during working hours when it turns cold.

Improving your overall energy management and installing energy efficient heating should remove the need for fans or heaters and increase productivity due to staff been comfortable.
