Kinrade&Co (Taxation Services) Limited, registered no. 04869220 has been trading since 2003, and is essentially a one-man-band. We have been in business however, since 1986, and have traded as a partnership, a sole trader and latterly as a limited company, but have forty years of experience in both public and commercial practice by key personnel in total

We use secure online tax return filing for individuals, partnerships and limited companies, including use of the new iXBRL filing format in respect of the latter. Similarly, payroll documentation and end of year forms are filed online. Communication is frequently by email. This enables clients from further afield to use our services and reduces delays.

We operate from home, offering significant financial savings, sustainability and also flexibility in terms of availability for meeting and discussions with clients out of normal trading hours. Our rates are competitive, but are subject to an introductory discount, at the end of the first year of acting for a client. If you are able to recommend anyone else you will receive a further discount once their accounts etc. are completed and paid.

We are pragmatic in our approach to all business, small businesses being the backbone of this country and hardest hit by the recession. However we feel we can offer most to the young school/ college leaver and equally the more senior members of society who are starting out or starting again respectively. There are special schemes to help both groups. We have attended the 25th Business Startup Show in May and have some interesting ideas to help you.
