WHAT IS LEASING?
Our leasing scheme for biomass systems means that you pay no upfront cost for the purchase and installation of the system.
Instead of paying upfront, fixed quarterly payments are made – in nearly all cases these payments will be less than the earnings and savings generated by the system for that period, meaning you are very likely to earn profit on the system every quarter.
HOW DOES LEASING WORK? 5 SIMPLE STEPS...
1. BritishEco will install a brand new biomass boiler at your property to replace a costly to run existing system.
2. Instead of paying any upfront cost for this, you pay a fixed quarterly sum and lease the equipment for between 3-5 years, depending on which finance scheme you choose.
THE PAYMENTS FOR THE LEASE ARE FULLY TAX DEDUCTABLE.
3. During the lease period, you system will create revenue for you by lowering your energy bills and enabling you to receive the Renewable Heat Incentive tariff payments from the Government.
4. At the end of the lease period, the equipment is yours to keep. This will usually incur a nominal payment of approximately £50-£100 with no further rental payments needed.
5. You will continue to receive the Renewable Heat Incentive payments for the remainder of the 20 year period, generating significant income for you.
EXAMPLE OF BIOMASS LEASING
Replacing an oil boiler with a Ponast KP62 boiler will typically generate:
Annual fuel savings and RHI income of £9,300 a year
A 5 year lease would typically cost £7,780 per year
The boiler will finance itself over the 5 years with a surplus income of £1,520 per year
After year 5, you would receive £9,300 each year with no further lease payments necessary
